In 2013 she achieved the Post Graduate Certificate in\u00a0Advanced Educational Practice (SEN) with Distinction and the National Award in SEN Co-ordination.\u00a0She went on to complete her MA (Ed) at Oxford Brookes University and undertook a research\u00a0project focusing on parental involvement in reading. She is currently a SENCO in a city school.<br \/>\nLouise worked as a Special Needs Advisory Support Teacher (SNAST) for Oxfordshire County Council\u00a0for 2 years, supporting a range of schools with their provision. She has experience of supporting new\u00a0SENCOs to develop effective systems to evaluate and monitor SEN provision, signposting them to\u00a0appropriate professionals for advice, and assisting with Additional Funding and Education, Health<br \/>\nand Care Plan applications.
